Senior .NET Developer (UK)

As we continue expanding our presence in the UK, we are looking for a Senior .NET Developer who wants to make a real impact on the future of retail technology.

Your role

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and evolution of our inhouse ERP and retail software platform.

You will work on multiple modules across the entire platform, taking technical ownership and contributing to development and architecture, while addressing a broad variety of functionalities and complex challenges.

You will contribute to diverse retail projects, handling database design, application optimization, and the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of key modules within our ERP and retail platform, from design to delivery

• Develop, extend, and maintain our software using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and MVC5

• Analyse complex technical challenges and propose efficient, scalable solutions

• Perform code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

• Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security

• Participate in Kanban-driven sprints, providing accurate estimations and transparent progress updates

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven features and intelligent automation to enhance retail processes

• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge sharing

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a .NET Developer

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Proven expertise in the retail sector, including e-commerce platforms, POS systems, inventory management, or omnichannel solutions

• Deep knowledge of C#, SQL Server, and MVC5, with a strong focus on quality and best practices

• Solid experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript

• Strong understanding of software analysis, architecture, and testing

• Collaborative and customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven

• Interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to enhance business processes and drive innovation
